Babineaux Refrigeration & Kitchen is seven technicians and an office, working for restaurants from the French Quarter to Covington.
Annie Babineaux started the shop after years on the line, so she knows what a warm walk-in does to a Friday. The emergency line rings to a technician on call. The same technicians do the monthly checks, so the person who finds a worn gasket in March is the one who answers in July.
