Service area
Where the trucks run, and how long they take
Printed times are for calls placed on the emergency line. A storm, a flooded street or a closed bridge can change them, and the dispatcher says so when the call is answered.

- Jefferson Parish: Old Jefferson, Harvey, Bridge City, Waggaman, Crown Point · On site within 2 hours

About the times
How fast will a technician get to us?
Within 2 hours in Orleans and Jefferson parishes when you call the emergency line. In St. Bernard, Plaquemines, St. Charles and St. Tammany parishes, the dispatcher gives you the time on the call. Storms and road closures can change any of these, and we say so when we answer.
Do you go outside this area?
Not for emergencies. For a planned replacement or a plan, ask; we'll say yes or no on the first call.
Does the time change in a storm?
Yes. A storm, high water or a closed bridge can change it, and the technician who answers says so before a truck leaves.
Not sure you're in the area?
